Stripping out the car...

We stripped out the car all interior upholstery and body panels.

Upholstery we dont do anything at the moment

We cut out all rusted parts and sent the rest of the panels to pressure pressing machine to make them new batches for them and mould them together with the new moulds.

In the mean time I need to find new boot as its completely rusted and cannot be pressed and mould.

Situation of the car when the project is about to start

Car had rust nearly every part of the body. Boot was nearly disappeared from the rust. Engine last worked was 5 6 years ago. We've put oil changed the starters, new battery fitted and engine worked. When we had the vehicle had new wheels in but because it hasn't moved wheels are not usable.

Wheel caps was missing.

Surprisingly all electronics incl. onboard computer was working on the car. Except heated seats and seat controls wasn't working.

Sunroof works.

Heating works. Aircon not working.

Interior has got very old and dated.

I repurchased this vehicle from friend of mine who bought this car off my father whom owned it from 1989 till he bought.

This car is 1987 model year Jaguar Daimler XJ40 3.6 engine
